This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the SignalGPT mobile application and website collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the SignalGPT app on Google Play and the App Store, and to signalgpt.ai.
This policy takes effect on August 5, 2026.
1. Who We Are
SignalGPT is operated by Pham Anh Hiep, 8 Do Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi, Vietnam. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at tuanminh2409bn@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect what the service needs in order to work.
Account information: Your email address, which you provide when you sign in; Your name and profile photo, when you choose to sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook; A user identifier that we generate for your account; Your referral code and token balance, if you take part in the referral programme.
Subscription and purchase information: Which subscription plan you hold and whether it is active; A record of purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Google and Apple.
Device and technical information: A push notification token, so that we can deliver trading signal alerts; Device model, operating system version, app version and language; An advertising identifier, as described in section 4; IP address and diagnostic data such as crash reports.
Usage information: Which signals and screens you open in the app; Notification preferences you set.
We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photos, or the contents of your messages.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the data above in order to: Create your account and sign you in; Deliver trading signals and send you push notifications about them; Provide and manage your subscription and any premium features; Respond to your support requests; Detect and prevent fraud and abuse; Measure and improve the reliability and performance of the app.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.
4. Advertising Identifiers
The app includes the Meta (Facebook) SDK so that you can sign in with Facebook. This SDK can access your device advertising identifier and uses it for analytics and marketing attribution, meaning it helps measure how people discover the app. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings, under Privacy, Ads on Android or Tracking on iOS.
5. Service Providers We Share Data With
We share data only with the providers that operate the service on our behalf, and only for the purposes described above.
Google Firebase, for authentication, the database, push notifications and crash reporting; Meta Platforms, for Facebook sign in and the analytics described in section 4; Apple, for Sign in with Apple and App Store subscription handling; Google Play, for subscription handling on Android.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary in order to protect our rights or the safety of our users.
6. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which may process and store data in countries outside your own. We rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for such transfers.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete the personal data associated with it, except where we are required by law to retain records such as transaction history. Diagnostic data is retained for a limited period and then deleted.
8. Deleting Your Account and Your Data
You can delete your account and its data directly in the app. Open the Account tab, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and cannot be undone. If you prefer, email us at tuanminh2409bn@gmail.com and we will action the deletion for you.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: Access the personal data we hold about you; Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete; Delete your data, as described in section 8; Object to or restrict how we process your data; Receive a copy of your data in a portable format; Withdraw consent that you previously gave.

10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it in order to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
11. Children
SignalGPT is not directed at children. The app is intended for people aged 16 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Not Financial Advice
SignalGPT provides information and analysis for educational purposes. It is not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading carries risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy in order to reflect changes to the service or to the law. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and publish the new version here before it takes effect.
